Objective: Targets low income families that are elderly, disabled, or with very young children who have been hit with extraordinary events or situations creating a threat to the health or well being of household.

Services Provided: Utility Assistance, Assiting with fixing or replacing heating and cooling units, water heaters, and refrigerators.

Counties Served: Harrison, Jasper, Newton, Panola, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Tyler, and Upshur.

Eligibility Criteria: 125% Income Guidelines for CEAP
